At Dalem Cybermedia we believe in the KISS principle (Keep It Simple, Stupid). Navigating a website shouldn't be like finding your way through a maze. Navigation needs to be intuitive, and it shouldn't take more than three mouse clicks to get to the information you're looking for! In general, content is more important than appearance. Graphics are used to add visual appeal to the site and to aid in navigation. Occasionally, as with maps, a picture is worth a thousand words but it shouldn't take longer to download the picture than to read the thousand words.
